Is a deposit required to reserve a luxury restroom unit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. This ensures that the unit is held for your event date. The remaining balance is due a week before the event.
What payment methods are accepted for the deposit?
The deposit and balance can be paid using debit or credit card. No cash accepted.
Does the trailer have to be leveled?
Yes, it does to some degree can’t be a steep heel.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We have a no refund policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you will receive a credit towards another day. The credit expires in one year of the date it issued.
Can I keep the trailer for extra time if I need it?
Yes! You can extend your rental for $50 per additional hour. Just let us know one hour before your scheduled pickup so we can confirm availability.

Do you need a generator?
Yes, unless you can plug the trailer into an outlet.
Can the trailer be pulled in the driveway?
Our trailers fit in most driveways. If yours works, just be sure to move all vehicles and keep the space — including the sides and front — clear so we can place it safely and easily.
